Who Are We?
The purpose of this association shall be to encourage research, education, and promote all phases of production and marketing in the interest of the pecan growers of the State of Louisiana as a non-profit organization, and to promote pecans and related industries for betterment in the growing, distribution and marketing of pecans, from Bylaws of Louisiana Pecan Growers Association.
In the Spring and Fall, the Louisiana Pecan Growers Association hosts educational Field Days with demonstrations and discussion of topics critical to pecan growers.

Annual TriState Pecanference
Every year the Pecan Growers Associations of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas hold a two-day Pecanference. Over these two days we explore an orchard, discuss issues in the pecan industry, have presentations from pecan scientists, and make connections within the community.
